Questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
Is Our Hub open yet?
Not yet. We are consulting with the community and working through premises, registration, funding and safeguarding requirements.
Where will it be?
We're exploring spaces in Manningham, Bradford, including a possible café-linked model. The exact venue is not confirmed.
Who is Raasta for?
The proposed first pilot is for neurodivergent young people aged 8–16, split into 8–11 and 12–16 groups. Future age ranges may expand.
Does my child need a diagnosis?
No formal diagnosis is needed to express interest. Participation will depend on whether the programme can safely meet individual needs with reasonable adjustments.
Will sessions be free?
We aim to secure funded places so cost is not a barrier, but funding and final pricing are not yet confirmed.
Is this therapy?
No. Raasta is a proposed community learning and development programme, not a diagnostic or clinical service.
Is this a tuition centre?
No. Study support may be one activity, but the approach is broader and led by each young person's goals.
Can parents stay?
We hope to offer a Parent Space alongside sessions, subject to venue and safeguarding arrangements.
When can I book?
Booking is not open. We will only announce dates after registration, funding, venue and regulatory readiness are confirmed.
