A community project taking shape in Manningham, Bradford

Where communities connect.

We're developing Our Hub: a welcoming, neuroinclusive learning and connection space for Manningham. Through our proposed Raasta Pathways programme, young people will be able to explore their strengths, choose meaningful goals and build skills in ways that work for them.

Young people lead

We start with what matters to each young person, not a fixed list of things they must achieve.

A space that adapts

Choice, sensory awareness, breaks and different ways to communicate are part of the design.

Rooted in community

We're listening to Manningham families and exploring local partnerships to shape an accessible offer.

Raasta Pathways An Our Hub programme

Six areas. Many ways forward.

Self, Senses, People, Everyday, Voice and Horizons help young people explore what matters to them. They do not have to follow a fixed order.

  1. SelfWhat matters to me?
  2. SensesWhat helps me feel comfortable?
  3. PeopleHow do I want to connect?
  4. EverydayWhat would make daily life easier?
  5. VoiceHow can people listen to me?
  6. HorizonsWhat would I like to explore?

A space for parents and carers matters too.

We hope to create opportunities for connection, informal conversation and signposting alongside young people's sessions.
